The knowledge café in a simple meaning is a group of 5 to 6 people giving open ideas, creating conversation on a specific topic with a mutual interest to gain deeper knowledge.

The Friday knowledge café was a bit different of what we had expected.It turned out to be a different learning experience for me.It was the first time I attended this kind of café. Prof: Aboubakr and Mark has been telling this system of knowledge café which was unique for me. So at the end of the day everybody sat nervously to experience the first day of café..As our discussion of the day was ‘’The worst consequences that can happen if there is NO Knowledge management in the organisation.’’Different groups come up with the different ideas but our group come up with the list of 40 factors that we think it can happen if there ‘s no knowledge management in the organization.Some of the factors are ; no KM strategy, no social gatherings, no computers, no building space, no initiatives,no intranets, no learning and development strategies.As we can see below in the photographs.

Among these factor we were then to mention and the most three citical factors of not having ''NO KM'' in the organisation.. so finally we come up with.
1. No communication strategy(Intranets, Internet and Documentation)
2. No learning and development strategy
3. No identification of required knowledge

I have explain these points to ensure that there is knowledge managent in the organisation.
Communitcation strategy in an organisation the basic need is ’communication’.Anywhere,Anytime and with Anyone. This 3A plays a vital role in an organisation.As we can say it’s a heart of human body.The main action of management is ensure that there is proper communication within an organisation. The management is truly said to be in right position in an organisation where there is internal communication with the member as well as with efficient and effective communication with the external organisation. Information technology play a role is fast communication in an organisation.

A learning and development strategy: Organisation need to conduct various learning process to motivate member.Organisation has to ensure that its member is on the right track and with the latest technology of the world of learning process.

The organisation must ensure that it is providing relevent knowledge to the member so that employee of the organisation can make an effort to build the organisation to level of competitive markets.
