Knowledge Management ''KM'' is a multi-billion dolllar world wide market which is used by organisation to identify,create,represent, and distribute expertise,skills acquired by a person through experience or education.It also comprises of understanding the way in which knowledge is gathered or developed,used and shared within orgarnisation.
